Description
In 1953, a British expedition faced the last great challenge in the Himalayas: reaching the summit of Everest, at an altitude of 8,848 metres, for the first time.
After weeks of effort, Edmund Hillary and Tenzing Norgay reached the summit on May 29, accomplishing one of the greatest feats in the history of mountaineering.
Lead an expedition and compete to reach the summit. Secure funding, adopt new technologies, hire Sherpas, and face the harsh conditions of the mountain.
