The Looping Games online store sells products to any territory.

Payment methods

The payment methods are:

PAYPAL: The transaction is made through a secure page accessed after placing your order through the website. You must have a PAYPAL account to use this service.

BANK TRANSACTION: If you choose this payment method, we will provide you with the bank account information during the ordering process. If you pay by bank transfer, to expedite the process, please send us a scanned copy of the transfer receipt by email to comercial@loopinggames.com. Please include your name in the transfer details.

The purchase will not be considered complete until the payment has been received in the bank account provided for this purpose by LOOPING GAMES S.L. Bank fees arising from the purchase will depend on each bank and will be borne by the buyer in all cases.

Shipping

Products will be delivered via courier or postal service.

Generally, orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours (Monday to Friday) of receiving payment. This timeframe may vary for various reasons, and LOOPING GAMES S.L. is not responsible for external factors that may cause delivery delays. If your shipment experiences any issues, please contact us, and we will try to resolve them as soon as possible.

We will strive to ensure your order arrives in the best possible condition. If, for any reason, it does not arrive in good condition, please email us at comercial@loopinggames.com, and we will contact you as soon as possible.

Promotions and Discount Coupons

If the customer has a discount coupon, they can enter it in their shopping cart before proceeding to checkout. The discount will be applied according to the terms and conditions specified on the coupon.

Pre-orders

Orders containing pre-order items will be processed once those items are available.

If you place an order with pre-order items and add other products, the shipment will not be processed until all items are available.

Returns

The following details the conditions under which returns can be made within 15 business days of receipt. Looping Games will cover the cost of the item and refund the customer, or you may request an exchange for a new product:

  • Product damaged before delivery.
  • Printing errors that prevent or seriously hinder the use of the product. In any case, we will be happy to send you the faulty components again at no cost to you.
  • Missing components that prevent or seriously hinder the use of the product. As in the previous case, if you prefer, we will send you the missing components at no cost to you.

If the return is not due to one of these reasons, all costs related to the return of the product will be the responsibility of the customer. For the product to be returned, it must be in perfect condition. Once the merchandise has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
